1) Are your baseball pendants handmade? Yes, all of our pendants are handcrafted in Peru.

2) Why is.950 silver better than sterling silver? Sterling silver is made of .925 silver where Peruvian .950 silver has a higher silver content making our pendants more unique and valuable.

3) How long does it take to receive an order? Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We have a limited quantity on hand due to overwhelming demand. Orders with one day expedited shipping get priority.

4) How do you ship orders? We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

5) Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do! All international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. The price for shipping internationally is $18.95 per order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

6) Do you use any recycled materials? Yes, we do! We use 100% eco-friendly recycled jewelry boxes for our entire line of baseball pendants.

7) Do you offer any discounts for team orders? We do offer team discounts! If a team orders 6 or more they will receive a 15% discount. Orders of 12 or more receive a 20% discount. Please call one of our customer service representatives to take advantage of this offer. Toll Free: (888) 813-4355.

8) How do I place an order? You can order ONLINE or you can give us a phone call and one of our customer services representatives will be able to help you. We accept all major credit cards, cashiers checks, and money orders. Note: We do not accept personal checks.
